Is my will legally valid?

WillBuddy drafts wills designed to meet the requirements of your state or territory. A will only becomes valid once you sign it in front of witnesses as instructed; we guide you through that but cannot guarantee validity. WillBuddy isn't a law firm and doesn't replace a lawyer; if you're unsure about anything, please get legal advice.

Can I update my will later?

Yes. Your plan includes 50 AI edits a year, with top-ups if you need more, and every version is saved.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.
